52 Entertainment, a fast-growing gaming company, is looking to expand its Marketing Team based in Boulogne-Billancourt, with Advertising Monetisation Specialist / Jr Advertising monetisation manager to maximize the commercial potential of our games. This role requires a combination of creativity, curiosity and analytical thinking, focused on optimizing the visual elements of our games to drive better app store performance and increase user engagement.

About the role:

We are looking for a Junior Ad Monetization Manager to join our team. It’s the perfect role if you:

You’ll work closely with our Monetization Manager and collaborate with product, data, and marketing experts. You’ll learn how ad monetization works from the inside out, help shape a level of excellence in this fast-evolving area, and directly contribute to 52entertainment success. It’s the opportunity to learn in an exciting industry, take ownership early, and evolve into a key player in our ad monetization team.

Key missions & responsabilities:

  • Operate & maintain daily our system designed to serve billions of impression daily.

  • Help design & run A/B tests to constantly challenge our advertising stratety & operation.

  • Ensure quality of ads displayed in the game & pristine user experience

  • Work with our product & data team to add new bricks (dashboards, tools, IA bots, etc) to maximize success of our portfolio of games


Profil recherché

  • Master degree in economics, data, business, etc.

  • Keen eye on data analytics

  • Ability to make data driven decisions, demonstrating a capacity to identify problems, conduct root cause analysis and develop actionable solutions

  • Rigor & agility in fast paced environment with multiple project management & tasks

  • Professional-level English & fluent in French
