Descriptif du poste

Reporting to the Human Resources Director, the Culture & Office Manager is responsible for developing the Team Vitality culture within our community (corporate teams representing 70+ employees) and managing our work spaces.

In this capacity, the Culture & Office Manager has the following missions:

1/ Team Vitality’s culture development

In close collaboration with the HR Director, and with the help of internal resources:

  • Development of punctual (Events) and recurring actions (Rituals) to unite the internal Vitality community.
  • Creation of events on selected themes in order to encourage a sense of belonging and team spirit within the company (seminars, catch up, remote or face-to-face masterclasses).
  • Management of internal events (seminars, meetings…)
  • Contribution to the development of the employer brand by proposing actions for the well-being at work.
  • Internal communication : follow-up, occasional animation and moderation of the Slack.
  • Management of the Quality of Life at Work (Follow-up and proposal of actions)
  • Management of CSR initiatives both in terms of infrastructure and individual behaviors (ecology, energy savings, fight against waste, well-being within the premises …)

2/ Office Management: Management of offices and infrastructures

  • Management of Team Vitality’s HQ Office including :

    • Space planning (recommendation formulation, management of improvements…)
    • Daily management of spaces (ordering consumables, maintenance, relations with service providers…)
  • Workstation design (Follow-up and adaptation of workstations taking into account HR / medical recommendations and roles)
  • Management of the proper functioning of the facilities, compliance with safety standards; in particular especially in the Covid context
  • Management of service provider contracts and cost optimization
  • Mail management
  • Assistance in the organization of meetings, reception and orientation of visitors
  • Support for the organization of the C-levels and directors travels.

This position requires to be at the office 3 days per week.


Profil recherché

Knowledge / Expertise

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Team spirit & loyalty
  • General knowledge of the esports environment is a strong plus

Professional experience

  • Proven experience of 2 years in a similar role

Education

  • University degree, Bachelor or equivalent

Languages

  • Fluent or Native French
  • Fluent in English

Déroulement des entretiens

1. First interview with the current Culture & Office Manager or the HR Manager
2. Second interview with the HR Director
3. Final interview with the CEO
