JOB DESCRIPTION

In an innovative agency model bringing together strategic, digital, data, growth hacking and production expertise, your role will be to think up, create, optimize and implement digital product on a global digital platform.

We’re looking for a dynamic and motivated Digital Project Manager to join our Procter & Gamble team at Proximity Paris.

 Project Managers are the core of the team, working hand in hand more senior team members. They are responsible of a pool of product and need to constantly review them to maximize results.

They are natural problem solvers, challengers and process improvers, all in service to our clients and brands.

The Project Manager will be working within the product management department and have the following responsibilities:

  Responsible for the planning, briefs, requirements, and functional specifications for new/existing products/features on the websites

-       Create plannings

-       Create functional specifications, wireframes, brief creation / Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure an excellent user experience for the Product

-       Brief the technical teams

-       Assist with the coordination of the creative and technical resources for new/existing features

-       Work with the technical team to help guide feature development

-       UAT and testing

-       Maintain project status

-       Maintain project documentation, organize and maintain files/assets related to projects on a daily basis

-       Demonstrate excellent communication skills

-       Demonstrate excellent time management

-       Have the desire and ability to learn new skills

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

-       Must be fluent in English (both written and spoken), French is a plus

-       Experience with digital projects and agencies

-       Passion for Digital Products

-       Proven ability to learn fast

-       Must be rigorous and have excellent organizational / prioritization skills

-       Demonstrated ability to be resourceful, innovative, proactive problem-solving

-       End to end planning creation and execution from client brief to technical delivery on production

-       Skilled at Office tools (Excel, Word, Power Point, Project & Teams), / experience in creating presentations destined for clients (in English)

-       Skilled at analytics tools such as Google Analytics

-       Must be a team player - supportive, reliable, with an ability to work within an international team

This position will be physically integrated (as soon as the context so provides) in a space common to all areas of expertise (data, design, tech, strategy, production, Growth hacking).
