Context:
As a Salesforce Field Service architect, you are responsible of leading the solution design phase and guiding the team towards the Salesforce best practices & optimal solutions.
You will intervene throughout the project lifecycle, from workshops to requirements gathering to solution design in Salesforce Field service module, until the deployment.
You are capable of deeply understanding the business challenges and the underlying business processes, and you can naturally use your Salesforce expertise to optimally map those requirements to the specificities of the field service cloud, all while respecting Salesforce best practices
Who you are:
You are a Salesforce expert enthusiast with at least 10 years of experience, minimum 3 years of experience in Field Service module
You have and maintain at least 4 Salesforce certifications, and ideally you are certified field service
You are accustomed to international contexts, and can contribute to the success of complex programs
You are passionate about resolving today’s business challenges through digital transformation
You are a good listener who can lead complex business discussions and manage key stakeholders to get to the desired outcome
Ambiguity, multi-tasking, rapid shifting in priorities and environments are not things that scare you
You are empathetic, accountable, and you are known to maintain good relationships with client and team members
You have a deep understanding of how Salesforce technology works, and you can identify how business requirements can optimally fit into Salesforce platform
You can design a functional journey and elaborate the relevant solution design, relying on your deep Salesforce expertise
Bonus: you also worked in agile methodology, and you know how to manage the delivery team and guide them to deliver on time and within the budget the required scope
What you will do:
Contribute to the different workshops with client key stakeholders (functional, technical, integration)
Manage the business requirements backlog: elaborate the solution design for the different user stories, prioritize accurately the needs with the client, do the estimates, sprint planning with the delivery team
Collaborate with technical solution architect / tech lead and propose the optimal solution that answers the client business needs while respecting Salesforce best practices
Elaborate the full solution design: Functional solution & design, functional user journeys, and others when applicable
Guide the implementation team in their understanding of functional requirements
Follow-up on the development phase, and ensure the developments are on the right track
Collaborate with data lead & integration leads when applicable to design accurately the data migration and integration strategies
Conduct demos and capture key stakeholders’ feedback
Lead quality assurance activities by reviewing test plans and following-up on execution
Review training materials and conduct key users training when applicable
Manage the different streams in collaboration with other team members under Agile methodology
Conduct agile ceremonies when applicable
Report to the global project PM about the scope progress, risks & issues when applicable
