Descriptif du poste

• Launch multi-channel lead generation activities in EMEA in close partnership with the rest of the marketing team, sales and operations teams in Europe and US
• Manage the end-to-end execution of events and webinars (around +20 tradeshows and conferences and webinars in EMEA) including conception, audience segmentation, promotions and follow up
• Manage logistics for events including shipping, booth build, graphics, equipment, marketing collateral (print and goodies), transportation, staff briefing, etc.
• Leverage and adapt assets of the campaigns with the Content Marketing Specialist (e-blasts, landing pages, ad banners, search ads, etc.)
• Implement digital campaigns (emailing, google ads, PubGrade, ResearchGate, LinkedIn Ads…)
• Ensure lead generation campaign workflow through the different marketing tools (SalesForce, Marketo, event lead capture, etc.)
• Set up operational programs to segment, score, nurture, and qualify generated leads
• Collaborate with business partners (exhibitors, stand makers, print, design, marketing software)
• Work in pairs with the Digital Marketing Manager to build reports to monitor and analyse campaigns in order to test new creative formats and boost results


Profil recherché

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
• Demand generation and campaign journeys
• Paid advertising channels (search, display, social)
• Web analytics and reporting: Google Analytics or Google Date Studios
• Experience in event management (B2B)
• Travel may be required in Europe

Plus point :
• Usage of marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo, Pardot, or Hubspot) and CRM (e.g. Salesforce)
• Graphic design (InDesign/Illustrator/Photoshop/Canva)
• Background in life sciences or work in a B2B environment

Soft skills :
• Fluent in English to be able to collaborate with affiliates on international projects
• Communication and collaboration skills to clearly present action plans to different teams and collaborate toward the goals
• Strong organizational skills to ensure the correct setup in automation campaigns and events
• Ability to stay calm under pressure while managing multiple competing priorities to deadlines
• Project management skills, to be able to lead cross-functional campaigns
• Constant learner to stay up to date with marketing best practices and technology updates
