We are looking for an apprentice to support our Quality Management System (QMS), contribute to certification audits, and help maintain QHSE standards across the organization.
Your Role:
As a Quality Assistant, you will support the Quality Management team in maintaining and improving quality standards, ensuring compliance with international certifications (ISO 9001, ISO 14001), and monitoring actions related to quality and QHSE. Additionally, you will be involved in initiatives related to sustainability and environmental regulations.
Key Responsibilities (Apprenticeship Missions):
Assist in preparing for internal and certification audits (ISO 9001 & ISO 14001), including document preparation, scheduling, and post-audit follow-up – 20%
Support Ecovadis registration and implement internal processes aligned with quality and sustainability criteria – 25%
Assess and implement regional CSR requirements (e.g., NetPositive), ensuring compliance with standards – 15%
Monitor and follow up on corrective and preventive actions related to audits and quality/non-conformance issues – 10%
Update and maintain Quality Management System documentation (procedures, work instructions, policies) – 10%
Contribute to risk assessments and reviews of processes in line with quality management standards – 5%
Assist in preparing non-financial CSR reports (e.g., sustainability/ESG) for internal or external stakeholders – 5%
Help with regulatory monitoring and tracking of legal requirements related to quality and environmental issues using AI tools – 5%
Support training and awareness initiatives related to quality standards and best practices – 2.5%
Track and follow up on customer complaints related to product quality or non-conformities – 2.5%
Currently enrolled in a Master’s program (or final year of Bachelor’s) in Quality Management, QHSE, or a related field
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proactive with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
Fluent in French and English (written and spoken)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Ecovadis or similar platforms is a plus
Knowledge of ISO 9001, quality management systems, and interest in sustainability
