At the Takara office in Gothenburg, Sweden, our focus is on manufacturing high quality cells and media products, services for cell therapy and drug discovery, and producing enzyme products and services for research and future diagnostics. Specifically, the company possesses broad expertise in human pluripotent stem cells, including both iPS cells and ES cells, along with related media development.
Our one-site facilities include GMP cell and media manufacturing suites, as well as research-grade cell production and service laboratories. In addition, the company has a longstanding collaboration with the University of Skövde, Sweden, with both PhD students and postdocs working within the Takara laboratories and offices.
