😎 Your future position :

The Event Manager will :

  • Establish and implement the B2B external events strategy in collaboration with Demand Gen teams to build Swile’s brand awareness among HR and CSE targets and accelerate acquisition and demand generation.

  • Build the strategy in correlation with the company’s business objectives to achieve the lead generation and pipeline marketing goals.

  • Liaise with sales teams to ensure the allocation and follow-up of leads generated

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales teams to identify growth opportunities in the B2B HR and CSE sector, and maintain a watch on Events opportunities in the French market

  • Organize events and coordinate them with the various internal stakeholders: Sales, Brand, Marketing… and external: service providers, event organizers, suppliers…

  • Build and maintain relationships with business partners

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative and disruptive event concepts in line with corporate objectives

  • Develop communication plans to promote the events and maximize participation and lead generation

  • Monitor and analyze the performance of event participation through the measurement of key KPIs and feedback, and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Support Partner and Customer Marketing teams on acquisition, pipe acceleration or expansion (cross-sell / upsell) events.

  • Manage the annual B2B Business Marketing Events budget

🔍 Organization

  • Within the France Business Marketing team, you’ll be reporting to the Demand Generation Director

Key stakeholders

  • Internal : Sales, Brand, Content, Marketing Ops, Finance and Procurement

  • External : Suppliers, Event organizers, service providers, creative agencies….


Profil recherché

💡 Jobs requirements

  • Experience of +7 years in a similar role in a B2B environment

  • In-depth knowledge of B2B event industry trends

  • Solid experience in Events planning and management

  • Excellent ability to collaborate and work with internal stakeholders

  • Perfect knowledge of lead follow-up and pipeline processes

  • Ability to develop and implement successful outreach strategies

  • Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent written and verbal communication

  • Proactive problem-solving skills

  • Creativity to realize ever more innovative stand concepts and drive to stand animations

  • Salesforce experience is a plus

  • Knowledge of the Employee benefits, HR and CSE markets would be a plus

  • Initial managerial experience is desirable for this position
