Swan is looking for a Growth Strategist freelancer to unlock the full value we can get from our customers. The ideal candidate is a visionary thinker with a proven track record in identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities, optimizing processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Swan is a banking-a-service company: we let our partners open accounts, issue cards and make payments. Because of our B2B2X distribution model, our success is linked to the growth of both our direct customers (our partners) and their end-customers. We’re looking for a Growth Strategist to accelerate the growth of our existing business thanks to tailored initiatives with our partners and end-customers.
We are looking for an outstanding individual who has previous experience in defining and implementing the growth strategy in another Tier 1 tech company, ideally a Fintech.
You’ll work closely with Swan’s teams (Account Managers, Product, Operations) and our partners to map the customers’ workflows, identify and size growth initiatives. Your target will be to improve our key performance indicators (KPIs) on key customer dimensions:
Acquisition (increase the number of accounts created)
Onboarding conversion (increase the number of accounts created that are verified during the KYC/KYB onboarding process)
Activation (increase the number of accounts that order a first card, do a first payment, etc.)
Usage (increase the activity on each account)
Retention (Limit the number of accounts churning)
You will be in charge of tracking and analyzing KPIs to measure the success of your initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
