The Risk PMO team ensures Swan’s Compliance framework runs smoothly, by supporting governance, documentation, awareness, and innovation projects.
In this internship role, you will actively contribute to training, awareness, AI-powered automation, and documentation initiatives.
You will join a dynamic team that combines regulatory expertise with a strong focus on process optimization and innovation.
✨ Your mission
Your primary mission is to support the Risk PMO team (project managers and Ops performance officer) in strengthening Swan’s compliance and operational efficiency by maintaining robust documentation, developing awareness and training tools, and testing innovative automation solutions.
✨ Main tasks
Support training initiatives by exporting statistics, sharing weekly reporting, and monitoring completion.
Migrate training content from Notion to our learning platform.
Create training content (from text to visuals).
Test and support the implementation of new awareness solutions.
Prepare surveys to measure understanding of processes and awareness needs.
Benchmark industry practices and assist in tool evaluation.
Set up, configure, and migrate content into new awareness tooling.
Test new automation assistants and provide feedback for improvement.
Maintain documentation segregation and accessibility within the AI platform.
Provide first-level training to teams on the available assistants.
Perform light Doc Hub maintenance (preventing random page creation, ensuring consistency).
Assist with comitology tasks: securing agenda slots, updating templates, and maintaining trackers (NPC, audits).
Support general admin tasks such as document conversion and formatting for audits.

Our Risk PMO team is composed of compliance and Ops specialists working closely with Swan’s first and second line of defense and other stakeholders.
We operate at the crossroads of governance, training, awareness, and automation, with a hands-on and collaborative approach.
The team partners with Operations, Product, and Compliance SMEs, ensuring that Swan’s risk culture is not only regulatory-compliant but also practical and engaging.
