Descriptif du poste

You will play a vital role in generating new business opportunities to fuel our sales pipeline. Your daily missions:

  • Generate qualified leads and unlock opportunities: You enjoy the thrill of the hunt, and that’s great. You will identify and engage with C-Level decision-makers (CFOs, Directors of Audit & Internal Control) within top-tier companies (SMEs, mid-market, and large accounts). Your playing field is 100% outbound: you are the one creating the opportunity.

  • Build the future sales pipeline: You will qualify leads and build relationships. Working closely with Account Executives and Solutions Engineers, you will intelligently guide your prospects until they are ready to transform their organization with us.

  • Be a key player in our acquisition strategy: You will actively contribute to improving our sales approach by refining target personas, developing new prospecting strategies, and working hand-in-hand with the marketing team to deploy personalized outbound campaigns (email sequences, cold calling sessions, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • Drive your success with data: With Hubspot as your ally, you will maintain a rigorous prospect database, track your performance, learn from your actions, and make data-driven decisions to maximize your impact.

  • Represent Supervizor at key events: You will actively participate in our growth by being our ambassador at strategic trade shows and conferences such as IFACI, Financium, Vivatech, or the Future of Finance events.


Profil recherché

You’re in the right place if :

  • You have 1+ years of B2B experience, ideally in SaaS, with a proven track record in prospecting and lead generation. You are eager to learn or continue your career in complex B2B sales and engage with high-level stakeholders (C-levels).

  • You are autonomous, a quick learner, and thrive in a dynamic environment. You enjoy taking initiative in your prospecting efforts by continuously testing new approaches.

  • You are a structured, clear, energetic, and persuasive individual, and you know how to maintain a positive attitude under any circumstance.

  • You have the ambition to grow into an Account Executive, SDR Team Lead, or another senior commercial role.

  • You have professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Tools: Proficiency with a CRM (ideally Hubspot) and sales automation tools is a plus, but not required.

  • Knowledge of finance/accounting is also a valued asset.
