We are launching our activity on the UK market! We are offering a 4 months fixed-term contract, starting in may. Reporting to the Head of Customer Success and working in a friendly and welcoming team:

  • You will advise potential customers on the purchase of Sunology’s products and services, following their request for contact and/or information through our website, phone number, email, chat or any other digital platform where Sunology is active;
  • You will ensure the quality of the relationship with customers at all stages of the service to increase their online shopping cart and generate incremental revenue through the detection of new opportunities;
  • You will accompany customers through the whole process and provide support in the use of the products and services;
  • You will use every contact with customers to obtain useful feedback for Sunology;
  • You will animate and develop the brand’s community on social networks.

Profil recherché

We are looking for a native English speaker or bilingual (C2). Of course, being perfectly fluent in French is a must. The position is based in Saint-Herblain, near Nantes (France). We have adopted a hybrid working style, with the possibility to work remotely from home up to 3 days a week. A first successful experience in sales or customer service will be a real plus.
