We are looking for a smart and talented Financial Specialist, with 2 to 5 years of professional experience, to work along with our CEO Eliott and our current Financial Officer Etienne (ex-EY) to take Stockly finance to the next level 🚀

Position

Financial review

• Manage the yearly accounting, the quarterly and monthly accounts of the company
• Manage all financial declarations for the company
• Prepare and update the quarterly and yearly budgets

Accounting key contacts

• Manage daily relationship with our accounting expert RSM
• Manage annual audit

Cash management

• Be responsible for Stockly’s bank accounts
• Monitor comparison between estimated budget and actual results

Subsidary management

• We created a subsidary month ago hold by Stockly at 100% and we are sure there are plenty things to optimise thanks to it

• Every team has a daily meeting
• Every Monday after lunch we have a weekly meeting where every team can share what they did the previous week and what they will do for the coming week
• Every quarter we have our OKR meeting where every team can show how they worked on their OKR and what will be their next OKR
• During all these meetings everyone can challenge each other
