Descriptif du poste

- Assist in the design and delivery of learning programs, workshops, and digital content.
- Support onboarding and orientation activities for new employees and interns.
- Help manage the Stellantis Learning Hub, including tracking completions and feedback.
- Coordinate logistics for training sessions, including scheduling, materials, and communications.
- Analyze learning data and generate reports to assess program effectiveness.
- Contribute to internal communications and marketing efforts for L&D initiatives.
- Participate in special projects related to leadership development, career pathways, and employee experience.


Profil recherché

- Currently pursuing a Bahelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business or a related field.
- Strong interest in learning and development, talent management, or HR strategy.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with learning platforms (e.g., SABA, LMS) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative mindset and attention to detail
