- Lead the development of Steeple's offering for the Spanish and LATAM market.
- Present and sell Steeple to interested companies and partners.
- Generate ARR by acquiring new customers.
- Generating ARR from our customers through up-selling and cross-selling.
- Implement a prospecting strategy, targeting the key people in the target companies (HR managers, communications managers, CEO's, CIO's).
- Create a network of partners to increase Steeple's visibility.
- Be the main contact for the Sales management team.
- You are bilingual (or mother tongue) in Spanish and fluent in English, French is mandatory
- You are an expert in sales techniques
- You already have knowledge of the Spanish and LATAM market and a network of contacts
- You've already worked in a B2B environment, ideally in a digital department linked to human resources, communications or business services.
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit and you are proactive.
