  • Lead the development of Steeple's offering for the Spanish and LATAM market.
  • Present and sell Steeple to interested companies and partners.
  • Generate ARR by acquiring new customers.
  • Generating ARR from our customers through up-selling and cross-selling.
  • Implement a prospecting strategy, targeting the key people in the target companies (HR managers, communications managers, CEO's, CIO's).
  • Create a network of partners to increase Steeple's visibility.
  • Be the main contact for the Sales management team.
  • You are bilingual (or mother tongue) in Spanish and fluent in English, French is mandatory
  • You are an expert in sales techniques
  • You already have knowledge of the Spanish and LATAM market and a network of contacts
  • You've already worked in a B2B environment, ideally in a digital department linked to human resources, communications or business services.
  • You have an entrepreneurial spirit and you are proactive.
  • You have excellent communication skills.
  • Step 1 : Call with Edouard, Head of HR.
  • Step 2 : Video interview with Quentin, Head of Business.
  • Step 3 : Role-playing.
  • Step 4 : Video interview with Jean-Baptiste, our Founder.
