In direct collaboration with the European Team you’ll work on groundbreaking Dual Use Startup Accelerator Programs. You will contribute to the success of the projects like:
Startup Support: Collaborate with founders, offering strategic guidance in areas such as business development, product-market fit, and fundraising. Conduct regular check-ins to evaluate startup progress
Program Operations: Assist in planning and executing accelerator events, workshops, and networking sessions. Ensure seamless logistics and maintain accurate program records
Networking and Relationship Building: Cultivate relationships with industry experts, mentors, and investors. Facilitate connections between startups and stakeholders. Represent the accelerator at industry events
Resource Allocation: Identify and connect startups with relevant resources, including experts, service providers, and potential partners. Work with the team to ensure startups have necessary tools for growth
Research and Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes. Implement innovative strategies based on best practices in startup acceleration

Who you are:
Graduated from a well-ranked engineering or business school
Previous experience in startup environments, venture capital, or accelerator programs is a plus
Strong personal interest and knowledge in aerospace innovation
Excellent language, social, and communication skills in English & German
Ability to work independently and proven attention to detail
Enthusiasm, curiosity, resourcefulness & motivation to work in a small and innovative team
Entrepreneurial spirit and open to an intercultural work environment
Know how to use the latest business & productivity tools, as well as PowerPoint & Excel
