Data Analyst (W/M)

Join our team as a Data Analyst, where you will contribute to various project phases, manipulate and clean data, develop and maintain scripts, apply predictive machine learning models, and support clients on data and analytics topics. You will work under the supervision of a Project Manager and have direct client contact. A degree in engineering or a master's in data, along with 1-2 years of experience in the data field, is required.

Missions clés

Main Responsibilities

All tasks are carried out under the supervision of a Project Manager.
Your responsibilities will include:

  • Contributing to the technical scoping and feasibility analysis of the various project phases

  • Data manipulation, cleaning, and auditing

  • Developing and maintaining Python, BigQuery, and other scripts

  • Understanding and applying predictive machine learning models

  • Deploying project processes in Splio’s GCP cloud environments

  • Auditing and monitoring project processes during the running phase

  • Conducting in-depth analytical studies:

    • Behavioral diagnostics

    • Performance evaluation of actions based on marketing and business needs

    • Defining optimal algorithm parameters

  • Supporting clients on data and analytics topics

  • Managing data projects independently and maintaining direct client contact

Profil recherché

  • 1–2 years of experience in the data field

  • Degree from an engineering school or a university master’s in data

  • Strong analytical skills and data handling abilities

  • Advanced knowledge of Python, BigQuery, and SQL

  • A strong team spirit

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Outstanding organizational skills to meet challenges, honor commitments, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Salary range : A net monthly salary between 2,000 and 2,500 Tunisian dinars, paid over 13 months, depending on the candidate’s profile.
