As a Product Marketing Manager, your primary responsibility will be to develop a deep understanding of our target market and develop marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
You will work closely with our product development team.
Market:
Analyze our competition and identify market trends.
Get to know our users’ needs and preferences by conducting research and gathering market insights in close collaboration with product managers and designers.
New features:
Operational coordination between Sales and Product teams.
Definition of positioning and messaging for new features.
Evangelize product updates internally by educating Sales, Key Account Management, and Customer Success teams: Prepare internal communication materials and presentations for clients (…).
Define the most effective go-to-market strategy focused on effective customer education, product adoption, and acquisition.
Analyze and monitor the effectiveness of the communication campaigns and report your results.
Existing features:
Deliver content and messages to facilitate user onboarding and product adoption (videos, tutos, onboarding tools…).
Simplify the app’s user experience, reducing the amount of information to the most valuable to the customer and making it easily accessible. Gather data and feedback (quali/quanti) to understand user workflow in the Spinergie app to:
> improve new feature visibility and impact
> optimize general user experience (pinpoint relevant information for each user persona, then facilitate access to it)
You’ll need to have great written and oral communication skills to succeed in this role and clearly explain our products’ value proposition to customers and other stakeholders.
Also, you will need to be proactive and able to work independently since you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously. You must also be detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively, as you will often work under tight deadlines.
Experience
A minimum of 4 years of marketing experience, preferably in a B2B SaaS company, and at least a first experience in Product Marketing. A significant experience in the maritime or offshore industry would be appreciated.
