Spendesk is at an exciting phase of growth in Europe. Under the leadership of our CEO Axel Demazy and VP of Marketing Ollie Bryden, we are expanding our world-class team to unlock the next chapter of our journey.

We are looking for a talented Web Designer to join our Marketing team, reporting directly to the VP of Marketing. In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with our Product Design team to ensure consistency and excellence in our digital presence. You will be instrumental in optimising and evolving our website to drive growth, conversion, and brand impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Website Management & Design:
  • Design, develop, and maintain our marketing website, ensuring a seamless and compelling user experience across all devices.
  • Collaborate with Product Design to ensure visual and functional consistency with our product interface and brand guidelines.
  • Support cross-functional teams with brand design assets as needed, contributing your skills to campaigns, events, and digital content.
  • Conversion Rate Optimisation & A/B Testing:
  • Develop and own the website A/B testing roadmap; run regular experiments to improve user journeys, engagement, and conversion rates.
  • Analyse test results and use data-driven insights to iterate and enhance web pages.
  • Champion CRO best practices, fostering a culture of experimentation and learning within the marketing team.
  • Growth & Analytics:
  • Partner with Growth and Performance Marketing to design landing pages and website flows that drive acquisition and revenue growth.
  • Track and report on key website metrics (traffic, conversion rates, engagement) and proactively recommend improvements.
  • Brand & CollaborationSupport the Brand team with design work where applicable, ensuring all outputs align with our visual identity and tone.
  • Work closely with the Product Design team to align on design systems, patterns, and best practices.

  • Drive measurable improvements in website conversion rates.
  • Deliver a best-in-class website experience that supports our brand and growth strategy.
  • Contributing to strong alignment between Marketing and Product Design to deliver a unified customer experience.
  • What we're looking for

  • Creative problem-solver: You have a portfolio demonstrating strong visual design skills and experience creating conversion-focused websites.
  • Analytical & data-driven: Experience with A/B testing tools and web analytics 
  • Collaborative & communicative: Excellent communicator who thrives in cross-functional teams and values feedback and iteration.
  • Technical proficiency: Skilled in modern web design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite) and basic front-end knowledge (HTML/CSS).
  • Growth mindset: Passionate about continuous learning, experimenting, and contributing to a high-performing team
