• We’re looking for a talented and ambitious Senior Software Engineer to join our Tech Team
• We’re looking for someone willing to take part in the entire development lifecycle of our products, from * mock up design to production
• This is an opportunity to be among the first senior member of our team and help develop a product in a fast paced environment for highly demanding customers.

• Our current tech stack is the following:

  • Back End: Ruby On Rails, Express (Typescript), PostgreSQL, Redis,
  • Front End: React.js
  • Mobile Dev: React Native
  • DevOps: AWS w/ Qovery, GitHub Actions

You will help Pierre (our CTO) build and scale our current products: both the mobile and web apps and completely shift our Backend from RoR to Node (Typescript)
Mainly meaning:

• Be part of the design process of our new or existing features,
• Design, implement and test new features,

• Working on proofs of concept using new technologies for our features, some examples we are currently investigating:

  • Using GraphQL
  • Making automated user analysis with Machine Learning backed analysis
• Challenge the existing product strategy
• Help structure the organization, processes and team tools, to provide fluidity, efficiency and quality

• Experience with Ruby on Rails or another MVC web framework (Python’s Django or Flask, PHP’s Laravel or Symphony, .NET MVC, etc.),
• Passionate about learning and solving problems,
• Willing to apply TDD in a practical way,
• Ability to think critically and solve problems with well-thought-out solutions,
• Strong learning agility – passion and curiosity for code! You continuously learn about the latest developments in technology, with a view to if/how they could be applied to improve our customer experience,
• ‘Maker’ attitude with willingness to collaborate with all stakeholders in our feature lifecycle: end-users, UX designers, technical advisors, sales and marketing team.
• Fluency in French & English
