Qui sont-ils ?

Each year, 140M children are born. Birth defects affect 1 in 33 births in developed countries, and in 50% of cases, they are not detected during prenatal examinations. Prenatal medicine is particularly complex, and the scans impose heavy responsibilities for the healthcare professionals. They can also be a source of stress for the future parents.

Resulting from 5 years of collaboration between world-renowned experts from Necker Hospital and Ecole Polytechnique, Sonio uses artificial intelligence to improve prenatal screening and diagnosis. Based on patented algorithms and a proprietary expert database, Sonio aims to become the reference tool to help practitioners improve screening, reduce diagnostic errors, and optimize pregnant women’s medical path.

Descriptif du poste

We’re looking for someone to join our customer success team! The aim of this team is to secure our first customers’ product adoption, by onboarding and training them, and managing the whole funnel from the first demo to retention.

Key missions are:

  • Onboard new customers: train physicians to discover the platform, secure usage, and answer all questions; define and deploy appropriate content and channel to feed them
  • Product Strategy: Work with the product team on the go-to-market and implementation of our products in Europe.
  • Client Feedback: In collaboration with the Customer Success Manager and Product Manager, implement the right processes to collect feedback from customers.
  • Develop customer advocacy: Infuse a customer-centric culture and turn our customers into a powerful community pushing Sonio as a standard of care ; build trust

You’ll join an early-stage start-up with a strong impact; the scope of the role is European. Your role will be at the crossroads of Customer Success and Product.

Profil recherché

Sonio is a mission-driven company (“enterprise à mission”) so interest in our mission is critical. As it’s an internship, we are not looking for specific experience but more a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. We generally value people that are team-oriented and a good level of English and French is mandatory.

A few other things that we value but are not a requirement:

  • You already have some professional experience, even better in a customer-facing role
  • You speak a third European language
  • Strong interest in healthcare and IA
