We’re looking for someone to join our customer success team! The aim of this team is to secure our first customers’ product adoption, by onboarding and training them, and managing the whole funnel from the first demo to retention.
Key missions are:
You’ll join an early-stage start-up with a strong impact; the scope of the role is European. Your role will be at the crossroads of Customer Success and Product.

As it’s an internship, we are not looking for specific experience but more a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. We generally value people that are team-oriented and a good level of English and French is mandatory.
