Within the IT department, the factory management team oversees the Group's digital user and industrial environments. It supports the digitalization of factories and secures IT infrastructures. 

Under the management of the Digital Workplace Manager, you will ensure the installation, consistency, performance, security, and sustainability of industrial digital environments across all industrial sites.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the team in charge of supporting the digital environment of the factories.
• Support project teams in the installation and deployment of digital environments in factories.
• Provide local support and maintenance for the digital environment in factories.
• Supervise the installation, configuration, and commissioning of IT equipment in factories.
• Ensure the consistency, compliance, and security of IT equipment in factories.
• Lead the international community of digitization technicians and contribute to the continuous improvement of practices.

Qualifications

Must have

• Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in computer science, automation, or industrial IT.
• Proven experience in digitalized industrial environments (factories, production lines).
• Strong skills in industrial IT infrastructure (networks, security, equipment).
• Advanced professional English.
