The Demand team is composed by straightforward and energetic on-line advertising experts that helps bring Equativ programmatic solutions to market. They build long-term relationships with the most strategic Demand partners, representing some of the largest players in the AdTech industry, guiding them to maximise their investment. The Demand department is a critical component of driving Equativ adoption and shaping the future of an industry leader.

About the job

Equativ’s strategic curated deal marketplace offer is ramping up quickly following enthusiastic adoption in core markets. We're looking for a Programmatic Market Operation (AdOps), embedded in the Demand team, to scale rapidly and firmly establish this priority initiative.

Key day-to-day responsibilities

Unlock demand and supply potential in order to unleash revenue via Equativ’s strategic curated deal marketplace and drive growth.

Deals operations

  • Definition and creation of auction packages 
  • Manage ongoing technical requests from our Demand Partners (DSPs, Trading desks…).
  • Market analysis of inventory and demand globally
  • Monitoring and optimization of deals performances
  • Analyze data to propose inventory solutions to buyers

    • Work with Equativ’s sales team to assess client’s strategies and revenue opportunities

  • Operational management of existing opportunities
  • Manage ongoing technical requests from agencies/Trading Desks
  • Monitoring of the Demand Sales revenue and optimizations
  • Ensure a quick and efficient support to fix critical media trading situations

    • About you

  • Previous experience trafficking, optimizing and troubleshooting in various DSPs required (2/3 years)
  • Outstanding analytical, and problem-solving abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment
  • Advanced MS Excel skills
  • Strong quantitative skills and the ability to draw insights from extremely large datasets
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with basic SQL and spreadsheets is an advantage
