Reporting to the CMO, your role is to develop the company’s brand identity and fuel our lead generation initiatives through a robust content marketing strategy and execution.

Brand, Positioning & Content

• Participate to the new positioning guide creation
• Develop the relevant brand strategy (key messages, taglines etc.) with the CMO
• Help build all relevant assets for internal and external purposes

Lead Gen Campaigns

• Participate to the creation of the lead gen plan for the year
• Develop the relevant assets (from videos to blog articles to whitepapers to…) with the help of our designer
• Track the success of the assets developed and optimize over time
• Test and learn approach for new formats and ideas

Web & Social

• Collaborate with our digital marketing manager to improve SEO and ranking for all web created content
• Support the digital marketing manager in the creation of landing pages, emails etc. for digital campaigns
• Develop a Social Media plan and deliver on it to accelerate our brand exposure

• Successful experience in fast changing SaaS environment and/or journalist XP
• At least 3-5 years of work experience in content creation for various supports and purposes. Anything related to HR a strong plus
• Hands-on and creative
• Business english preferable (fluent a plus)
