As a QA Lead at Skaleet, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software products. You will work closely with product leads and other stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities, lead QA activities within your tribe, mentor QA Engineers, and advocate for quality throughout the development process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with product leads/managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and priorities for your section of the product.

• Lead and coordinate QA activities within your squad, including test planning, execution, and reporting.

• Mentor and assist QA Engineers within your tribe, providing guidance on testing strategies, tools, and techniques.

• Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives, advocating for quality throughout the development process.

• Collaborate with other Lead QAs and the Head of QA to ensure consistency and alignment across different sections of the product.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a QA Lead or similar role, with a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and practices 

• Experience working in Agile environments and participating in Agile ceremonies.

• Proficiency in test automation using Python, Java, or JavaScript.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working within Agile teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent attention to detail.

• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
