As Sales Team Lead, you’ll be both a sales operator and a team builder. Your goal: recruit, onboard, and coach a high-performing team of SDRs (5–10 people), while actively contributing to revenue yourself.
You’ll help build the future of our outbound sales engine — fast, focused, and with impact.
Source and hire top-performing sales interns or juniors
Set up a scalable onboarding & training plan
Ramp your team to quota within few days
Close deals yourself (~50% of your time)
Shadow calls, review CRM data (Hubspot), and give real-time coaching
Set the culture: discipline, feedback, learning
Monitor daily KPIs (calls, emails, meetings booked)
Run 1:1s and weekly team standups
Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements quickly
2–10 years of sales experience (SDR/AE, ideally B2C)
Based in US timezone
Min 1 year experience in coaching, managing, or leading others
Fluent in English (US-native level)
Strong knowledge of US-culture
Strong communicator, motivator, and operator, you like to get your hands dirty
Organized, analytical, and proactive with Hubspot or similar CRM experience
Experience in hiring or building sales teams
