We’re looking for a highly motivated German-speaking intern to join our Artist Growth team. Your goal? Convince the world’s most promising artists to join Singulart, using only written communication (email, WhatsApp, SMS — no phone calls).
This is not a support role. This is digital closing: strategic, persuasive, and scalable.
You’ll be part of the final step in our artist acquisition funnel — converting warm leads into active artists while ensuring empathy, clarity, and consistency at scale.

Follow up with pre-selected artists invited to join Singulart
Convince and convert them through email, WhatsApp, and SMS
Adapt your tone to each artist’s profile and ensure a smooth closing process
Use AI-generated drafts to accelerate and personalize your communication
⚙️ Marketing automation & AI-assisted workflows
Use and improve written sequences in HubSpot and AI-assisted tools (e.g. GPT)
Test and iterate messaging angles, timing, and personalization tactics
Contribute ideas to make our process more efficient and scalable
✍️ Content & activation
Support artist activation efforts with the Marketing, Brand & Ops teams
Propose new ways to drive engagement and improve conversion
📈 Performance tracking & experimentation
Monitor your closing rates and suggest improvements
Share qualitative feedback on artists’ responses and pain points
✅ Fluent in German and English
✅ Passion for sales, writing, and digital communication
✅ Strong written persuasion skills – clear, engaging, and human
✅ Curious, structured, and results-oriented
✅ Comfortable with tools (HubSpot, Notion etc.)
✅ Bonus: experience in copywriting, CRM, or sales is a plus
