At Sinay, we combine maritime expertise, AI, and data analytics to deliver innovative solutions that make ocean industries more efficient and sustainable. As Head of Bid Management, you will play a central role in leading the preparation, coordination, and submission of winning proposals for major tenders and contracts. You will work closely with Sales, Product, and Technical teams to design competitive, compliant, and compelling bids that reflect Sinay’s value proposition in the maritime sector. This position is key to securing strategic projects that will accelerate our international growth and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full bid life cycle: from opportunity qualification to submission and contract handover.

  • Manage, coach, and develop the bid team to build a high-performance culture.

  • Coordinate cross-functional contributions (Sales, Product, Technical, Finance, Legal) to build strong and compliant proposals.

  • Develop bid strategies that highlight Sinay’s differentiators and align with client requirements.

  • Monitor tender platforms and identify relevant opportunities in maritime, logistics, energy, and environmental sectors.

  • Ensure bids are delivered on time, within quality standards, and aligned with commercial objectives.

  • Build a library of reusable bid content, templates, and case studies to improve efficiency.

  • Conduct competitor analysis to strengthen Sinay’s positioning.

  • Support post-bid reviews and lessons learned to continuously improve the bid process.


Profil recherché

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented, and commercially minded professional with proven experience in managing complex bids in France and abroad. The ideal candidate combines strong project management skills, excellent written communication, and the ability to work under pressure and across teams. Experience in maritime, logistics, or tech-driven industries will be a strong asset.

Key Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or business development.

  • Demonstrated success in winning large, complex B2B or public tenders.

  • Strong knowledge of bid processes, procurement rules, and compliance requirements.

  • Excellent communication and writing skills in English and French.

  • Ability to coordinate and motivate cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.

  • Strong analytical and organizational skills, with attention to detail.

  • Experience in maritime, logistics, or SaaS/tech-enabled services.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and sustainability.


Déroulement des entretiens

  • Initial phone interview with Guillaume (Recruitment & Onboarding Manager)

  • Interviews with David (Managing Director), Yanis (Founder), and other members of the Executive Team

  • Possible technical assessment stage (depending on the role and profile)
