It brings together several professions and works closely with the Product teams :

Engineering: made up of Tech and Team Leads, and developers, the team builds, develops and maintains all our products.

Data: made up of Computer Vision Engineers, the team proposes innovative solutions to automate document control.
The aim is to offer companies the best possible personalized and ultra-competitive customer experience, thanks to their expertise in the following areas:

What do you do outside R&D?
The infra team works on all non-R&D issues.
It is divided into 2 parts:

Internal infra: Management of user workstations and all office automation.

Production infra: Management of servers used for our SaaS service for our customers.

We have to use what the first team produces to serve the second. The second challenge is contextual to Signaturit Group's hyper-growth. As a manager, I have to help the team grow at the same pace as the company, while ensuring that the people who join us are properly onboarded.”

Product
The Product team comprises several departments: Product Owner, Product Manager and Product Designer.
Together, they study the market and the competition to develop the products best suited to our customers' expectations and challenges, and ensure that all teams (Revenue ; Customer Ops) have the information they need to promote our products.
Customer Ops
The Customer teams bring together the existing Customer Success and Customer Support teams.
Their objectives and challenges are :

to be ever more “Customer centric” in assisting customers with the integration and implementation of Signaturit Group's solutions,

to advise them throughout their use of the solutions,

but also to sharpen their business acumen by detecting any potential new customer needs.
G&A
The G&A team supports Signaturit Group's teams and customers. Their mission is to “scale” HR, financial, legal, security and compliance processes.
