What you’ll be doing:

With a growth rate of over 100% YoY, SightCall has become market leader for professional video support solutions. In order to expand on this position and to address massive market demand, SightCall seeks to grow its sales team further.

We are looking for hungry, innovative and independent sales professionals who are able to work from a defined Target Market List and develop their own strategies to address their potential clients, establish communication channels and develop projects with the client. This implies a deep understanding of the client’s business model and processes, as well as understanding what is driving the customer and how his success is measured.

This sales process will then lead to a bidding phase where Account Executives drive to deliver required collateral and customizations as well as defines the pricing strategy for the client.

When successful, Account Executives negotiate contracts with the client based on SightCall standard templates and create order form for the client to sign.

In the course of this process, the Account Executive will get strong support from all departments within SightCall, but in particular from Solution Consulting and Sales Management.

• Define your own Sales Strategy in alignment with your Country Management.

• Work independently (managed through objectives).

• Interact closely with Solution Engineering (local resources).

• Interact with Marketing to produce Success Stories & Press Releases.

• Organise and execute demo meetings with clients.

• Promote the SightCall solution at events including user groups, partner conferences, webinar campaigns, and trade shows.

• Comfortable with change, ambiguity, and able to quickly adapt to changes inside our business as we scale.

Profil recherché

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 8 years’ experience in selling complex solutions to large global organisations.

• Language: Native English, any other languages is most welcome, our team is proudly international.

• Some travel required in the UK in 2022.
