In this role, you will

• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand user needs and design user-centric solutions

• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design concepts

• Conduct user research and testing to validate design decisions

• Continuously iterate on designs based on user feedback and data

• Create and maintain design systems and style guides

• Contribute to product vision and strategy

• Elevate the design culture within the company

• 5+ years of experience in product design

• Strong portfolio showcasing your design process and solutions

• Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, etc.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles

• A comprehensive understanding of modern interface design patterns

• Experience working with data to inform your design decisions

• Experience with user research and testing

• Experience with data visualization and dashboarding is a plus

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Fluent in English
