Cash flow & Treasury

  • Own the daily cash flow in/out: track all inflows and outflows

  • Produce the monthly cash report, categorizing every payment line into the P&L

  • Monitor burn rate and runway projections in close collaboration with the CEO

  • Coordinate bank operations

Invoicing & Cash collection

  • Issue customer invoices and manage payment deadlines (30/45/60 days cycles)

  • Run the full collections process: structured follow-up, procurement platform coordination

  • Set up a dedicated finance inbox and document the collections process

  • Track overdue accounts and escalate when needed

Procurement & Vendor management

  • Own payment cycles with vendors

  • Review and approve expenses

  • Maintain the vendor data process list

  • Manage bank cards and validate expense reports across departments

  • Partner with team lens to monitor and control their budgets

Contract tracking & SaaS Metrics

  • Track contracted and deployed ARR per customer

  • Maintain a consolidated contract view: duration, assets, pricing, renewal terms, …

  • Own the SaaS metrics dashboard: ARR, MRR, Net New ARR, Churn, CAC, LTV, …

Budget, P&L, Financial reporting

  • Run the monthly budget -vs- actuals review by department

  • Produce financial reports for the CEO, Head of Operations, and board

  • Categorize and allocate all expenses across P&L lines

As you grow into the role

  • Lead the monthly close process

  • Drive the CIR process with the Engineering team

  • Evaluate and implement a finance SaaS tool


Profil recherché

Technical skills

  • Advanced Excel / Google sheets (pivot tables, financial modelling,…)

  • Experience with a CRM - Hubspot ideally

  • Familiarity with accounting or finance tools

  • Basic knowledge of French corporate tax and VAT

  • Bonus: knowledge of French R&D tax credit mechanics

Experience & Education

  • Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or Engineering School

  • 1-3 years of experience in finance, management control or audit

  • First experience in a startup or B2B SaaS scale-up is a strong plus

  • Familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, MRR, Churn, CAC)
