As a Carrier Onboarding Management Intern, you will join a team of 13 members with different international backgrounds. In the course of your internship, you will have the opportunity:
To be responsible for deploying our solution within multiple carrier organizations and a wide range of different industries. Your role will be central to the organization. You will have the chance to work with multiple teams internally and externally.
To play a key role in scaling our operation team by improving existing processes and building new ones
Your responsibilities will also include:
Convince decision-makers to implement the solution
Define individualized technical solutions with carriers
Lead, plan, design and monitor the delivery of technical integrations
Work closely with the rest of the Operations team to execute all carrier onboarding-related activities
Maintain our Customer Relationship Management software and reporting tools up-to-date
🏆 You are our next Shippian if you:
Are in your Bachelor/Master from an Engineering or Business School
Are autonomous in your work
Are keen to learn or develop technical skills (API, EDI, SFTP)
Have the ability to work independently, proactively step up, and propose improvements
Have good oral and written communication skills
Have excellent organizational skills
Are fluent in English, French, and/or German (any other European language is a +)
Are ambitious, a leader and ready to take responsibilities in a start-up ready to revolutionize the whole sector
