Product Owner

At Qorvo Software Group we are looking for a Product Owner to work on product development and ensure a good prioritization and communication of the product roadmap. The main mission as Product Owner is to translate ideas into features and follow product development from start to finish.

To succeed in this role, a background in software development and program management is preferred

Responsibilities

Product Ownership:

• Collect and analyze feedback from multiples sources (customers, stakeholders, internal teams,
  etc) to shape requirements, features and end products
• Produce functional specifications that are clearly understood by the development teams
• Develop the roadmap in line with the overall product vision and customer priorities
• Maintain feature backlog, epics/user stories
• Suggest ways to track KPI and mechanisms to improve these indicators

Project Management / Scrum Master:

• Manage a timeline and scope
• Animate ceremonies and convoy the Roadmap vision
• Make sure the team members are aware of priorities
• Ensure products and releases are launched correctly and on schedule.
• Manage a scrum, velocity, and backlog.
• Deliver features in sprints, in conformance with the company’s agile development processes

-Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role
-Experience in product lifecycle management -Experience and expertise for hardware, radio or electronics will be preferred
-Familiarity with Agile framework and tools (Jira is a plus)
-Organizational and leadership abilities
-Excellent communication skills in English (French is a plus)
-Problem-solving aptitude
-Creative thinking skills
-Experience with defining and validating minimum viable features
