We are seeking a full-time, on-site Sustainability Consultant with an Architecture background and experience. This position is based in Dubai. The successful candidate will oversee sustainable design projects, conduct assessments, implement green building strategies, and ensure compliance with environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct sustainability assessments and implement green building strategies

• Ensure compliance with environmental standards and regulations

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project goals

• Provide technical advice on sustainable design and construction practices

• Preparation and quality control of the green building design documentation as well as project specifications, calculations, plans and submittals

• Develop technical and non-technical reports as per scopes of assigned projects and ensure high quality of deliverables

• Contributions to regional publications, lectures, teaching

• Personal development and plan to develop skills necessary

• Degree in Architecture Engineering.

• Proven proficiency in sustainable design principles and green building certifications

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in Architecture with a focus on sustainability within the built environment sector

• GCC experience is essential

• Working knowledge of interior lighting, MEP, construction and design

• In-depth knowledge of architectural materials in the KSA/UAE market, with the ability to recommend materials that achieve the required embodied energy and carbon reductions.

• Familiarity with environmental standards and regulations.

• Excellent presentation, communication, and graphical presentation skills (Microsoft PowerPoint, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator).

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

• Excellent planning and organization skills for keeping up with fast-paced settings.

• Degree in Architecture Engineering.

• LEED AP BD+C credential & LCA experience are a plus.

• Strong written and spoken English, Arabic language skills preferred.
