Technical review of studies : analyze and validate design studies, execution plans and technical specifications.
Construction monitoring : monitor the compliance of the work with standards, contractual requirements and good engineering practices.
Quality control : oversee testing, technical audits, and on-site inspections.
Reporting : produce regular reports for the public authority and the concessionaire, including alerts on technical risks or deviations observed.
Validation of milestones : certify the achievement of the key stages of the project (completion of the works, commissioning, provisional and final acceptance).
Technical interface : act as a mediator in the event of technical disagreements between stakeholders.
Engineering degree (civil engineering, infrastructure, transport or equivalent).
Experience on at least one PPP (Public-Private Partnership) project in the field of linear transport infrastructure (roads), with a CAPEX above 150 million euros, as IE Manager during the entire construction period.
In-depth knowledge of PPP arrangements and associated contractual requirements.
Mastery of applicable technical and regulatory standards.
Fluency in English (spoken, read, and written). Knowledge of French is appreciated
