SESSÙN, a French women’s ready-to-wear brand, is seeking a short-term and part-time Sales Assistant (m/f/d) for our store located in Düsseldorf.

Position to be filled

• 28 hours per week

• Start date: February 2026

• German: minimum B2 level

• English: good working proficiency

• Salary: according to profile and experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through personalized advice and upselling

• Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately

• Meet and exceed sales KPIs and targets

• Develop and maintain the customer database (CRM)

• Assist in visual merchandising, ensuring store layout and product displays align with brand standards under the guidance of the shop manager

You have a strong passion for fashion and exceptional customer service. Retail is your field, and you’re eager to continue developing your skills in this dynamic environment. With previous experience as a Retail Sales Assistant, you thrive both in a team setting and when working independently.
