Integrated in the Engineering Team of In the Memory, you will participate in the building of new features for the web-based SaaS application which is already used by most French retailers. 

In collaboration with the CTO, the Head of Engineering and all managers of R&D department, you will participate in the design of new features and the prioritization of developments on the back-end and front-end.

Qualifications we're looking for:

• At least 5-7 years of experience in a similar role 
• Broad understanding of system architecture, with experience in different technical environments
• Proficiency in both frontend and backend development, with deep backend expertise
•  Experience with CI/CD, automated tests, PR reviews, containerized stacks, and observability
• Understanding of DevOps culture and infrastructure concepts
• Experience with event-driven systems, hexagonal/clean architecture, and DDD

Leadership and Communication

• Strong communication skills to express ideas clearly
• Prior experience in mentoring teammates and fostering their growth
• Ability to adapt to different technical environments and understand the consequences of architectural choices

Technical skills : 

• Experience in a cloud provider (ideally Azure)
• Programming languages : Ruby, PhP, Java, JavaJS
