As a team lead for PR & communications, you will drive PR & communication initiatives to raise the development of sennder’s brand awareness. You will be responsible for creating and executing the global PR strategy and managing the social media channels.

You will collaborate closely with the marketing and communications team to deliver outstanding content that communicates sennder’s values and increases engagement with our customers. In addition, you will be interacting with key stakeholders in the company including senior leaders.

Your challenge willbe:

• Develop our global and regional PR strategy and thought leadership planning to build effective media coverage
• Manage PR agency and media relations, handle press inquiries and organise interviews and press events with relevant stakeholders
• Develop our organic social media strategy to increase brand engagement
• Manage social media channels and nurture sennder's digital communities, inclusive of responding to and promoting messages, moderating comments, promoting the corporate brand and growing the company’s number of followers
• Identify and manage the application to relevant listings and awards
• Manage a working student to support overall PR and communications objectives

To get there you will need:

• Significant knowledge and experience in planning, managing and delivering press and external communication work programmes within a scaling organization
• Advanced media relation skills and 2 years of PR agency management experience
• Excellent copywriting, editing and proofreading skills, with good grammar and literacy (English + German)
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, prioritization and time-management skills
• Comfortable engaging with stakeholders at all levels
