As a Tech Support Analyst, you’ll be responsible for making sure they get the best help possible when they face technical challenges.

As Tech Support Analyst, you will:

  • Morning routine involves checking Slack and Jira for incoming queries and tasks.
  • Planning the day based on the issues received, including reviewing questions from L1,
  • Understanding client communications, and building a comprehensive picture of the situation.
  • Reproducing bugs, investigating root causes, and creating tasks for L3 support.
  • Participating in incident response by testing, reproducing, updating status pages, and validating new complaints.
  • Contributing to the preparation of both internal and public documentation, including drafting and reviewing content.
  • Conducting training sessions for L1 support on new functionalities periodically.
  • Contributing small changes and bug fixes to the code as part of the support and enhancement process
  • What will contribute to your success:

  • Minimum 1-3 years of experience in Tech Support/L2 profile
  • Proficiency in HTML, JS, CSS, and developer tools.
  • Would be great: knowledge of MongoDB, GoogleTagManager, experience systems, APM, and sending HTTP requests.
  • Attention to detail, precision, and client-centric approach.
  • Eagernesstounderstandandexplorenewproductsandtools.
  • The ability to deeply comprehend and learn the product is crucial.
  • FluentspokenandwrittenEnglish.
  • Advancedtroubleshootingandrootcauseanalysisskills.
  • Abilitytodelveintoproductdetails, implementation specifics, and documentation.
  • Interview Process:

  • Round 1 - HR Screening (20 mins)
  • Round 2 - Technical Team Interview (60 mins)
  • Round 3 - Technical Assignment
  • Round 4 - Technical Manager Interview (60 mins)
  • Final Round - HR round 30 mins
