Are you passionate about creating exceptional user experiences? Join our Content Design team at Brevo as a Senior UX Writer and play a pivotal role in shaping how users interact with our products. We are seeking a positive and dynamic individual who can craft clear, concise, and user-centered copy that guides our users through their journey.

As a Senior UX Writer, you will:

  • Create customer-facing content in English that resonates with users across all Brevo products. Collaborate seamlessly with product managers, product designers, and developers to deliver cohesive experiences.
  • Elevate our content strategy ensuring clarity and accessibility across all touchpoints. Your words will transform our product experiences, making them intuitive, user-friendly, and delightful.
  • Embrace the power of simplicity by crafting jargon-free content that effortlessly communicates complex concepts. Your words empower users to effortlessly navigate our products.
  • Collaborate in design thinking sessions to infuse user-center content solutions into the heart of our design process. 
  • Help define a seamless collaboration model between the UX Writing team and other cross-functional teams. By streamlining communication and workflow, you will accelerate our creative output.
  • Drive content and terminology strategy across multiple product experiences. Your strategic vision will shape how users engage with our products, and you'll document and advocate for these strategies.
  • Contribute to Brevo's design system, crafting reusable and scalable content that enhances our efficiency and consistency.
  • What will contribute to your success:

  • 5 years of experience as a UX writer, content strategist, or similar role in tech companies, demonstrated by an outstanding portfolio.
  • Exceptional command of English, with the ability to translate complex concepts into a clear and concise copy that guides users effortlessly.
  • In addition to English, fluency in another language is a significant advantage (preferred: French, German, Spanish, Italian or Portuguese).
  • Familiarity with design thinking methodologies, allowing you to actively contribute to design sessions and shape user experiences collaboratively.
  • Proficiency in using style guides to ensure consistency and coherence across all user touchpoints.
  • Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines, ensuring inclusive and accessible content for all users.
  • Understanding of content localization and its impact when writing for diverse markets/languages.
  • A collaborative mindset, thriving in cross-functional teams, and effectively communicating ideas while providing constructive feedback.
  • Strong project management skills, including handling multiple projects simultaneously and delivering high-quality work consistently.
