As a Sales Enablement Manager, your role will be to enhance the efficiency and impact of our Sales Team. You will spearhead the creation and implementation of essential materials and sales processes in collaboration with the managers, ensuring their seamless adoption by the team. Your focus will encompass onboarding, learning, development, and the professional growth of all team members. As Sales Enablement Manager for our North American team, your role will be to use your deep knowledge of the North American market to enhance our Sales & Customer Success team’s ability to engage with and sell to U.S. customers effectively.

Mission: Empower our North American Sales and Customer Success team to master sales methodology and develop essential soft skills. Partnering with Brevo's Revenue leaders in North America, you will build a library of excellence that serves as a valuable resource for global sales processes, pitches, and use cases. 

As a Sales Enablement Manager, you will:

  • Build a Library of Excellence:
  • Collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success leaders to curate a comprehensive library of resources that enables mastery of sales methodology.
  • Create tailored learning management tracks for our Sales and Customer Success Teams, including Sales Development Representatives, Business Development Representatives, Account Executives, and Customer Success Managers and Engineers.
  • Develop relevant soft skill training (async. or in person) to enhance the team's interpersonal effectiveness.
  • Leverage knowledge of North American compliance and regulatory standards in the development of sales materials and training strategies.
  • Learning Management Tracks:
  • Monitor and assess the impact of the learning tracks through performance metrics, such as conversion rates and revenue growth.
  • Product Launch Enablement:
  • Play a pivotal role in supporting product launches by equipping the sales force with in-depth knowledge and effective sales strategies, collaborating with our Product Marketing team.
  • Training Creation and Deployment:
  • Develop training materials that enable our sales team to understand and effectively communicate the value of our solutions.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training materials align with industry best practices and evolving market trends.
  • Communication Facilitation:
  • Implement strategies to enhance knowledge sharing and facilitate seamless information flow.
  • Measure the impact of improved communication on sales team cohesion and cross-functional collaboration.
  • What will contribute to your success:

  • 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement or in a similar role and a background in Sales.
  • Deep understanding of the cultural nuances, buying behaviors, and business practices within the North American market
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Additional languages are a plus
  • Proficient in content development and training program development.
  • Strong collaboration skills, capable of working with diverse teams and personalities.
  • Sound understanding of SaaS and the technology industry.
  • Notions of instructional design (ADDIE model, adult learning theories, Bloom’s taxonomy, etc.) are a plus.
