Your main goal is to make salespeople more efficient and impactful! You will be responsible for creating the materials and ensuring their appropriation by the team, for all aspects related to onboarding, learning, development, and professional growth for the Sales Team.
Responsibilities:
Partner with our Sales Leaders to build a library of excellence to enable the mastering of sales methodology and the development of relevant soft skills: Global Sales processes, Pitch and Use caseCreating learning management tracks for our entire Sales Team (BDR, AE & CSM) Supports product launches by preparing and enabling the sales force to understand and sell our solutionsLead the creation and deployment of appropriate trainingFacilitate communication within the sales team and with other departmentsBuild a culture of feedback and drive desire for successProfile:
At least 2+ years experience working as a Sales Training managerExcellent written and oral communicationKnowledge of content and managing trainingAbility to collaborate with many different teams and personalitiesGood understanding of SaaS and the technology industry Excellent English and French and strong experience in a multicultural environment - another language will be appreciated such as Hindi or GermanBenefits:
