We're looking for a People Operations Specialist to join our People & Impact team in our Paris office from January 2024 to September 2024, assisting the team with tooling, learning and development, and transversal projects.

As a People Operations Specialist, you will:

  • Data Precision: Maintain global accuracy using BambooHR.
  • Campaign Expert: Lead Elevo campaigns, ensuring high completion rates.
  • Assessment Excellence: Set up 360 assessments seamlessly with Echospan.
  • Efficient Operations: Ensure timely request processing through Wrike. Act as HRBP for Deel contractors.
  • Learning Leadership: Manage Udemy usage and track attendance. Source impactful training for French employees. Enhance the Rise Up training catalog. Coordinate training logistics and budget.
  • Leadership Development: Ensure managers enroll and excel in leadership courses.
  • Engaging Workshops: Conduct Elevo workshops and bonus presentations.
  • Content Creator: Develop captivating HR content on Rise up.
  • What will contribute to your success:

  • Proven experience in HR roles, preferably as a generalist or specialist.
  • Solid understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Proficient in managing global data accuracy.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading successful campaigns.
  • Proven ability to set up 360 assessments seamlessly, preferably with Echospan.
  • Strong organizational skills for timely request processing.
  • Experience in sourcing impactful training for employees.
  • Experience in ensuring managers enroll and excel in leadership courses.
  • Proven ability to conduct engaging workshops.
  • Fluent English skills, as we are an international company, enabling effective communication and collaboration in a global work environment.
  • Knowledge of SYNTEC collective agreement, or BambooHR is a significant advantage.
