🚀 The Mission

At Semji, the RevOps Manager is the architect of team efficiency. Your goal is to eliminate manual work for our Sales, Marketing, and CSM teams. You aren’t just managing a CRM; you are leveraging AI and advanced automation to ensure our human talent spends 100% of their time on high-value interactions, while the “machinery” handles the rest.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities & Achievements

  • CSM Playbook Transformation: Rebuild the Customer Success Management (CSM) play from scratch to optimize retention and expansion.

  • Anti-Churn Automation: Design and deploy 3 “humanless” anti-churn initiatives that proactively identify and engage at-risk accounts without manual intervention.

  • Actionable Intelligence: Move beyond “passive” dashboards. Your mission is to turn metrics into actionable insights that tell the team exactly what to do next.

  • Process Automation: Use n8n and AI tools to handle repetitive tasks across the entire revenue funnel.


Profil recherché

You are a “relentless seeker” of efficiency. You have a business-focused approach but the technical DNA to build the solutions you envision. You are an autodidact who stays ahead of the curve with new technologies.

Hard Skills (Required):

  • Workflow Mastery: Advanced n8n design and implementation.

  • CRM Architecture: Expert-level HubSpot Administration.

  • Data & Finance: Basic SQL skills and a solid understanding of basic finance (MRR, LTV, CAC, Churn logic).

  • AI Tooling: Ability to integrate AI models into operational workflows.

Soft Skills:

  • Mission-Driven Mindset: You focus on the “why” and the business impact of every automation.

  • Relentless Curiosity: You are constantly testing new tech to find a better way.

  • Problem-Solving Orientation: You thrive on fixing broken processes and streamlining complexity.

Experience:

  • Strong preference for Startup or Scale-up backgrounds.

  • Previous Technical Roles are a significant plus.

  • Note: We value hands-on builders. Former consultants will only be considered if they have a proven track record of technical implementation.
