We are looking for a Senior HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team for a 4-month fixed-term contract (CDD).

📍 The position is based in Rennes ideally or Paris. Professional trips are required once a month in our office in Paris or Rennes.

In a context of rapid growth and international expansion, we are looking for a structured and “process-oriented” professional to lead automation projects and run daily HR ops activities. You will be the backbone of our HR operations, ensuring a seamless experience for our employees while modernizing our internal tools (Payroll & Onboarding) to support our growth.

Your missions :

  • Payroll & Onboarding Automation: Lead the audit and automation of the Payroll process (Lucca Assitant Paie/Silae) and the Onboarding journey.

  • Training Management: Build, and deploy the annual training plan to support team development.

  • Employee Engagement: Analyze engagement survey data to identify key improvement areas and partner with managers to deploy targeted action plans.

  • HR Operations & Administration (The “Run”): Manage daily HR duties (contracts, payroll preparation, etc.) and serve as the main point of contact for employee queries.


Profil recherché

🤩 We are excited to meet you if:

  • Experience: You have a solid background (5 years) in HR Operations, ideally in a fast-paced Tech environment.

  • Automation Mindset: You are “tool-savvy” and love finding ways to automate repetitive tasks (experience with HRIS tool is a must).

  • Languages: Fluent English is imperative as you will work in an international context and interact with global teams.

  • Soft Skills: You are highly organized, rigorous, and capable of managing priorities autonomously.

  • Location: Being based in (or near) Rennes is a strong plus, though not mandatory (Rennes or Paris).


Déroulement des entretiens

📝 Here’s what’s in store for you if you apply:

  1. Brief introductory chat with Hayette, Senior HRBP & Hiring Manager (30’).

  2. N+1 Interview & technical deep dive with Hayette (1h).

  3. Team fit interview with 1 or 2 peers from cross-functional teams (30’).

Our process usually takes about 2-3 weeks, depending on availability, it includes reference calls. The program: discussions rather than trick questions !
