The mission of Scibids is to provide media buyers with fully automated buying strategies for display campaigns, leading to uncompared performances for a minimum of human work. Everyday Scibids AI autonomously optimizes thousands of campaigns in more than 30 countries to meet the needs of hundreds of customers. This generates a huge amount of data, and quantitative analysts use this data to make sure Scibids gets better and better with increased business-case exposures.

As a Solution consultant, your role will be to make sure Scibids AI is set-up for success in our critical “onboarding campaigns” where Scibids customers test if we bring incremental value by A/B testing us against their current solutions. You will also be tasked with making sure Scibids learns the right things from successes/failures by analyzing our historical performance data, and occasionally explaining to Scibids account managers how they should present Scibids testing data to customers in order to demonstrate our added value. You will be interacting on a daily basis with several stakeholders (account managers, data scientists, product managers…). You will report to the Global Lead of Account Management and work closely with the Account Management, Sales and Product teams and provide the most reliable data points and context, in order for them to make the right strategic decisions.

This position will combine the ability to understand mathematical models, organization skills, relentless curiosity(“Sherlock” mindset), strong understanding of business priorities and an ambition for your work to become a real game changer!

On a day to day basis, your responsibilities will include:

  • Understanding customers challenges in order to deploy the right Scibids features in order to maximize the Scibids value for customers
  • Structuring internally the management of strategic accounts
  • making sure Scibids win “AB tests” when onboarding new customers in collaboration with the account management team. You will use your understanding of statistical biases and of the mathematical foundations of Scibids product to inform account managers of any needed change.
  • helping the account management team demonstrate to our customers Scibids value by running post-campaigns analysis explaining the right way to look at campaign data.
  • Supporting the Account Management team when campaigns require an expert look (Technical support, troubleshooting, reporting).
  • building a clear picture of Scibids success rate on various typologies of campaigns and customers, in particular by building the necessary reporting tools and running post-mortem analysis on successful/failed onboardings.
  • Participating to the structuration of a comprehensive and exhaustive documentation of all the good practices,
  • providing recommendations in how to improve Scibids overall success rate, either by selecting the right campaigns upfront or by improving specific parts of Scibids AI. These recommendations will strongly impact the roadmaps of the other tech teams.
  • in general working on a daily basis with our business and product teams to contribute to the continuous improvement of Scibids products.

Profil recherché

Minimum qualifications:

  • Master degree from a top engineering or business French school or top foreign universities.
  • Ability to extract from a dataset relevant business insights
  • Troubleshooting expertise
  • Understanding of business priorities and ability to make the data “talk” in the right way to support Scibids messaging.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 6 months+ experience in adtech
  • 3 years+ experience as a account manager / solution consultant / media trader
