UN ALTERNANT - CHARGE DE PERFORMANCE RELATIONS FOURNISSEURS (H/F)

Site Campus Val de Bièvre - Gentilly (94)

Au sein du service Manufacturing Excellence de Opella Healthcare Group et en lien avec votre tuteur, vous serez amené à identifier, évaluer, suivre et consolider toutes les initiatives de transformation au sein des différents sites industriels (KSOL) Sanofi.

Dans ce cadre, vos missions consisteront à :

• Aider à identifier de nouvelles opportunités sur la base d’analyses de données, d’ateliers, de sessions de brainstorming, de benchmarks en interne au sein de Sanofi et en externe,
• Identifier et partager les meilleures pratiques à travers la communauté KSOL,
• Soutenir les sites pour l’évaluation du coût total de possession par rapport au retour sur cet investissement sur le marché des nouvelles opportunités potentielles,
• Prendre part au suivi des progrès des initiatives lancées afin de contribuer à la réalisation des performances financières attendues.

Profil recherché

Vous recherchez un contrat en alternance d'une durée de 12 mois, débutant en Septembre 2022 dans le cadre d'une formation de niveau Bac +4/+5 en Performance, Analyse de données ou Management de type Ecole de Commerce, Ecole d'Ingénieur ou Faculté de Pharmacie.

Pour ce poste, vous justifiez d'une première expérience ou de connaissances dans le domaine de la Gestion de projet et/ou Analyse de données.

Vous maîtrisez les logiciels du Pack Office, et plus particulièrement Excel.

Intervenant dans un environnement international, vous êtes en capacité de converser aisément en anglais avec des interlocuteurs non francophones.

Rigoureux et motivé, vous avez de bonnes capacités d’analyse et faites preuve de bonnes compétences interpersonnelles, d’ouverture d’esprit et d’adaptabilité.

To accelerate the deployment of our performance strategy across all our industrial sites, we need to monitor closely our progress on Healthy Savings transformation initiatives towards our ambition.

In this context, the Supplier Excellence Performance intern will contribute to identify, track, consolidate all transformation initiatives in coordination with the Sites Key Contacts (KSOLs) and Procurement buyers. This will require to work with cross functional and international team (Procurement, Finance, Supply chain, Commercial Operations) and evolve in a network of 12 industrial sites and distribution center on all the continents. The candidate will be supported by a dynamic and experimented Manufacturing Excellence team.

AN INTERN – Apprenti Supplier Excellence Performance (H/F) – Supplier Excellence Performance CHC (M/F)

Location : Campus Val de Bièvre - Gentilly (94)

Assignment:

Within the Industrial Affairs of Opella Healthcare Group in the Manufacturing Excellence Department, you will contribute to identify, assess, track and consolidate all transformation initiatives within roadmap.

In this context, your roles will be to :

• Contribute to identify new opportunities based on data analysis, workshop, brainstorming session, benchmark internally within Sanofi and externally
• Identify and share best practices through KSOL community
• Support the sites for assessment of the total cost of ownership (TCO) versus the return on that investment in the market of potential new opportunities (Analysis of impact, Pros & Cons, estimation of implementation time line,..)
• Track progress on initiatives launched in order to contribute timely at delivering expected financial performances, aligned with Sanofi Procurement and IA CHC GBU strategy

• Support industrial sites through KSOL community

Required profile:

You are looking for a 1 year apprenticeship contract, starting in September 2022 as part of a Master’s degree(bac +4/5) in Performance, Data analysis or Technical from University or Engineering School.

For this position, you justify knowledge in Pack office softwares, data analysis, project management

Part of an international environment, you are fluent in English and, you can write and hold a conversation with non-French speakers

Rigorous and motivated, you have good analytical skills and demonstrate good interpersonal skills, open-mindedness and adaptability
