Our Global Business Unit (GBU):

The CHC Global Business Unit is one of the four GBUs of Sanofi. It reports sales of ~5Bn€ and is a global leader in its field, with a business footprint on all continents and more than 10,000 employees. The GBU has the particularity to be engaged in an autonomy journey, which includes – among others- the integration of industrial operations and support functions within the GBU.

Procurement Excellence and Strategy team is part of CHC Procurement and it has following missions: Deliver cutting-edge digital solutions for data-driven decisions, unlock higher productivity & maturity of procurement teams, Deliver on Sanofi’s sustainability commitments, and Delivering Business value such as -Cash-in, Cost-out, Gross Margin improvement, through strategic procurement initiatives. We play a crucial part in Sanofi CHC financial performance, by providing Procurement services to support in its vision to become the best FMCH company In & For the world.

Main responsibilities:

The Job corresponds to a new position, created in the frame of CHC Sustainability roadmap reinforcement with the autonomy of our GBU, and CHC ambition of B Corp Global certification and governance.

The position will directly report to the Procurement Sustainability Leader.

Candidate responsibilities:

You will be the owner of ESG Governance through Sievo and Eco Vadis platform

  • You are responsible of the ESG data accuracy and maintenance of information in Sievo with the support of digital team.
  • You are in charge of the ESG dashboards’ constructions and remain the point of contact for stakeholders.
  • You monitor the KPIs creation and own the governance for all (COC, Risk mapping, SRM, D&I, Biodiversity …), as designed.
  • Before Carve out, in collaboration with Procurement Pharma risk team, you will monitor CHC suppliers’ Eco Vadis assessment and completion.

You will own the Eco Vadis completion for all new extended CHC suppliers.

  • You will share updates on regular base to the Sustainability Tribe and Domain leaders on KPIs scoring progress.
  • You will oversee Eco Vadis Carve out organization process and will take full ownership of the platform as of CHC separation.

-   You will take part on buyers training and toolkit creation on ESG for Procurement (buyer on-boarding, ESG module trainings, refresh on dashboard, ESGiT..).

-  You are in charge of B Corp Governance preparation and reporting

  • You will prepare and update the data related to questionnaires for B Corp at Country/Regional level
  • You will coordinate with buyers for KPI improvement in view of our certifications and future maintenance.
  • You will own accuracy on ESG process such as ESGiT.., in line with our claims in B Corp

About you

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management or Equivalent as a minimum, with a preference for a Master Degree Level
  • Good understanding of Supply chain and Procurement, and passionate by sustainability, willing to create positive impacts for Planet and People.
  • Comfortable with data management and master Excel and PowerPoint tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. French is a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, project management capabilities and ability to multi-tasks.
  • Ability to work comfortably in high autonomy with strong self-discipline, focus on end results.
