Overview of the position

The Global Project leader, expertise IRT is responsible of IRT strategic alignment with CSO ecosystem and manage the vendor relationship with IRT providers.

  • Lead transversal and global projects impacting or involving IRT
  • Manage KPI and relationship with IRT provider 

This job is requiring a good autonomy, a capacity to develop and explain a strategic vision, a capacity to convince and embark business stakeholders.

Communication skills are key to reach these objectives.

MISSIONS

Global strategy alignment

  • Ensures the application and alignment of the overall company strategy throughout the projects
  • Capacity to “think outside the box” and encourage project team to challenge the “status-quo”
  • Capacity to work in a transversal and multi-disciplinary environment with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provides recommendations to the CSCO-LT for final decisions on the global solutions strategy
  • Realizes continuous benchmark on solutions within global pharmaceutical environment to ensure Sanofi strategy is aligned with market evolutions
  • Participates to external provider user groups to take full advantage of other companies' experiences and shift towards provider roadmap to support Sanofi strategy  

Solutions expertise

  • Capitalize depth solutions knowledge to propose continuous enhancement requests and provide operational savings
  • Key business contact in case of audits, inspections and recall
  • Ensure operational governance for the solutions and coordinate the IRT Key Users network 

Project management

  • Estimates resources and related costs, planning and priority for the project,
  • Monitors the appropriate project progress and alert on time if needed
  • Puts in place a Steering Committee to pilot the project in relation with the sponsors
  • Ensures the business processes are simplified, optimized and standardized
  • Develops appropriate training plan in coordination with the IRT Key Users for all people involved by the project or impacted by the new processes
  • Ensures that the appropriate impact & risk analysis are performed for any application evolution or process change 

Vendor management

  • Be responsible and accountable of the IRT vendor relationship
  • Lead SANOFI team (Quality, CSCO and Procurement) in the relationship with the vendor

PROFILE

Education and Background

  • Master 2 in Project Management or equivalent
  • A minimum of 5 years experience in the field of clinical trials
  • Knowledge of IRT systems required 

Skills

  • Strong IRT knowledge
  • Very good sense of organization
  • Detail oriented with strong skill in written and oral communication
  • Must be strength of proposals and able to make decisions
  • Must be able to work in full autonomy
  • Good knowledge of GxP regulations
  • Fluent in English
  • Capacity to “think outside the box” and encourage project team to challenge the “status-quo”
  • Capacity to work in a transversal and multi-disciplinary environment with internal and external stakeholders
